Assistant Chief of Training Jim Peglow
Welcome to Neenah Menasha Fire Rescue’s website. As Assistant Chief of Training for Neenah-Menasha, I am responsible for coordinating, managing, and delivering the training needs of our department that includes basic skills for firefighters, drivers, and officers, technical rescue operations (rope, confined space, trench, collapse, and water), new recruit training and preparation, and emergency management exercising and training.
I began my firefighting career with the Neenah Fire Department in 1994, which became Neenah-Menasha Fire Rescue in 2003 with the consolidation of the Neenah Fire Department and Menasha Fire Department. I have held the positions of Firefighter, Shift Inspector, Driver/Engineer and Fire Officer. In March of 2018, I was promoted to Assistant Chief of Training.
We have a highly dedicated group of fire fighters and Administrative Team members. I am proud to be a member of this Department and to serve the citizens of Neenah and Menasha.
Please feel free to contact me at any time with any questions, comments, or concerns that you may have regarding our Department.
