er, and officer development; technical rescue disciplines; recruit training; and ensuring our members are prepared to respond safely and effectively to the evolving challenges of today’s fire service. Before joining Neenah-Menasha Fire Rescue, I proudly served 20 years in the United States Air Force as a Fire Protection professional, providing emergency response and fire protection services to Department of Defense personnel, aircraft, and critical infrastructure around the world. Operating in high-risk, mission-critical environments required precision, discipline, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to readiness. Those principles continue to guide my leadership and training philosophy today. My focus is to ensure that our members are not only technically proficient, but also confident, adaptable, and prepared to perform when our communities need us most.
Our department is made up of highly dedicated professionals who are committed to serving the communities of Neenah and Menasha with integrity and excellence. I am proud to contribute to that mission and to support the growth and readiness of our personnel.
